Kage came home from his mission on June 2nd about 2:30pm. We greeted him at the airport. Then the next day about 8pm Leila came home and we greeted her at the airport. It was really awesome to see them home again after honorable service to the Lord. So cool they could come home a day apart. It didn't really seem like Leila was gone long. We were teary eyed. We took photos with her at the airport then went right over to the Stake Center where Brother Zullo, Stake 1st counselor released her. Leila has started going to carving with Mum.
On June 6th, Erana is 16 years old. She's still our precious baby. She did really well in school and had good grades her sophomore year. She sang with a choir on Capitol Hill on her bday to record something for the 250th anniversary year of the US independence. We took her out to Chili's with the whole family.
On June 8th Tyrell and Alisa's baby had to be induced a month early because of a condition with high blood pressure Alisa had. She's a beautiful little girl named Senna. All went well with the birth. We visited them in hospital, the IHC one near Costco in Murray. Now we're grandparents, but it doesn't quite feel like it yet for some reason.
