Wiramina and Leila need braces, they will be going to have consultations with orthodontists. Had fun at the ward pool party, Dad and I went swimming this year, it was fun. Mina invited a bunch of her friends and we’d refer to them as ‘the cool kids’. Went to Don Oliphants funeral service on Saturday (Lee Marie Moleni’s Dad, and Jenni Atkinson’s brother) it was a lovely service the ‘Moleni Brother’s sang ‘Brightly Beams’. He died of lung cancer, he was a smoker. He was the guy that owned the ‘Kiwi Bakery’, and was the baker. Dad and I trying to clean out the basement and organize it better. We hope your transfer went well, and that you will learn to love the people in Roxboro like the people in Hampstead.

So we had the pool party on Friday. It was really fun, I dove off the high dive for the first time and did a lot of things on the slides. On Saturday, we went to Uncle Don’s funeral which is Lee Maries Dad. You know, I did not know that Uncle Don owned the Kiwi Bakery. We left early for Leila’s basketball game. I went to Talia’s house to go shooting. When Uncle Jared and Talia and I left for shooting we went to visit grandma Barbara. Uncle Shaun, Aunty Christine, Gracie, Wesley and Jenny with Ella Ray, Aunty Tania, Uncle Brent, and Abigail were already there. Kage has a youtube channel and he already bought himself a shirt with his logo on it. I was like whaaaaat? It’s too early for him to get that. That’s everything interesting that happened this week so I hope you have a fun week.

This week was crazy. Everyday, I had tennis then went straight to the school to paint the commons area. It Looks So Good! But unfortunately, I cannot send you a photo of it right now because I left my phone on top of the car and drove away, it flew off and shattered. LOL. This will be my third Moto X Pure Edition phone and hopefully my last. Why are we so careless?? I’m not trying to be careless, it just happens. Haha, I’ll try to send photos. This weekend we went to Bear Lake and stayed in a guest house which was a log cabin, next to the Main House which belonged to Kawiti Finlayson, one of the Finlayson Brothers. We had alot of fun at the lake on the jet ski and paddle boards. And he also had a four wheeler and Dad drove us around in it. Some of the Finlayson family were also there, like Matt and Deborah Finlaysons family. We came on today, and we missed Quinns farewell and Tylers homecoming, which was a bummer. Grandma had her tumor out but she has to have radiation to get rid of the part they could not take out because it was wrapped around her spinal cord. She also has kidney cancer that they treat with drugs/pills which she will have to take everyday for the rest of her life. We have been praying and fasting for you, hoping that your burdens and trials are light. We hope your staying positive and prayerful as well, haven’t bought your polaroid yet it costs $180 so we’ve been putting it off! lol Just use your digital camera for now, untill we get it. If there’s anything else you need let us know.

We had fun with the Finlayson’s at Bear Lake. We left on Friday and stayed at a really nice cabin with a guest house until Sunday morning. One of the Finlayson’s owned the cabin. When we got to the Finlayson’s cabin we didn’t want to take a big room but then nik minute we take the whole guest house lol. The guest house had a porch and the view was soooo beautiful. All the Finlayson’s are very nice and I thought about if we were as nice as the Finlaysons. A lot of Finlayson’s can sing really well. On Friday we went onto a four wheeler into the mountains ish, then at night we went into their hot tub around 11:30 and we watched the moon rise and reflect on the lake, the moon was big. On Saturday we went to the actual Bear Lake to swim. The beach was horrible it wasn’t sand it was tiny shells and it’ll hurt your feet. I went on the paddle board like 6 times. Then I went onto the ski doo with Dad, then he let me drive. It was my first time driving a ski doo. I drove back and then took Leila out for a drive on the ski doo but Leila didn’t drive the ski doo I did. I took her out twice cause it was really fun. Then we came back and relaxed, ate some delicious food. We had a fire pit at night and ate some s'mores. After that we watched the meteor shower (I only saw 2 meteors) and then we watched the moon rise again. On Sunday we had to pack up and leave but we stayed until the owner of the cabin (Katawe Finlayson) was up so that we can say bye. That's everything interesting that I can think of and it’s getting late I need to go to sleep because we came back from a Maori fireside and ate food there. Hope you like it at your new place!!!

Hey Big Bro! I’m sorry to hear that Roxboro is Roxboring-o. I wish I could have gone to Tyler’s homecoming today, but we were coming back from Bear Lake. I had my first tennis game on thursday and Me and Julie won! It was an easy game. I play tomorrow at Murray High School. School is starting in a week and i’m not ready at all. How things going? This last week I worked on a few things around the house. Rearranging the crawl space and added new shelves and hooks and stuff to put my tools in there and added a light to the entrance. I replaced the front door porch wood with nicer wood. Also replaced some siding on the garage shed. Saturday was our family reunion at a park. We just ate and the kids played at a big water splash pad. I was thinking of things to help you in your area. Here’s a few suggestions. You probably know all these things but I’ll share anyway. Get the list of all ward members. Pray who you can visit on the list during the day and in the evenings. Even if it’s to perform a service rather than to teach. Go on home teaching splits with active members when they visit inactive members. Visit the Elders quorum pres, High Priest leader and Relief Society Pres to learn about inactive members in the ward directory. See if there are any unbaptized kids. Visit the youth if they have friends they can invite to church. As I’ve mentioned before. Get a map of the area. Pray what street you can tract each day. Pray to be led to someone you can serve as well as teach. Service opens doors and softens hearts. Just thought I’d share some ideas since it sounds like you’re in a tougher area. Keep working hard. You’ll receive a witness after the trial of your faith, as the scripture in Ether says.

Hey Big Bro. This week, I helped with Senior Sunrise. I had to wake up at 4am. After Senior Sunrise, I went to go rope swinging at Burraston Ponds. It was fun. But I am so so so tired and I start school tomorrow. I’m taking student gov., Humanities, Retail, Math 1030, seminary, concert choir, AP psychology, and French 2 this semester. Hi Tyrell, School starts tomorrow!!! NOOOOOOOOOOO. Well I’m going to have to watch the eclipse at school. I’m a little excited for school and not excited for school. I’ve been preparing for school this week. Played with cousins too and went to the family reunion on Saturday. It was fun and had really yummy food. The family reunion was at a big splash pad with a really fun park. We watched Lion on Sunday for our family movie. Lion is about an Indian boy that got lost and then 20 years later he meets his family again. We met the new members in our ward and there wasn’t a lot of people but most of them were on vacation for the eclipse so there are more people coming to our ward. First week of school was fun. I gotta meet all my friends again. Some of my teachers are fun like Mr. Blair lets us eat in class and he has a microwave so that we can eat popcorn. And Mrs. Black is funny and her class is fun. Mr. Vuong gives 20 minute talks every time class starts which is weird and also funny. My seminary teacher is awesome, he is always optimistic, and active and funny. Dad, Mum, Leila, and Erana went to see a band called The Drifters on Friday, they’re the ones that sang Sand in my Shoes. While they were at the concert, I went to Moab with Uncle Jared’s family. We went on a hike to the Delicate Arch, it was fun and sometimes annoying. Hope you have a great week.

How is your work coming along? How is your new companion? Is he a hard worker and follows the rules? If you get a companion that doesn’t you just gotta be an example and be loving but still do as much work as you can in that situation. Stay focused on Christ. I noticed a picture of a basketball team or football team on the wall? That’s a bit of a worldly distraction and you probably think the same. Forsake the world for this short time and blessings will come. Mum noticed that you have viewed facebook posts. Are you allowed to do that now? Just keep following the rules as best you can. Be worthy of the spirit. Follow any impression you get to visit people in the ward or in your area book. Grandma went into hospital because the pain in her back shot electric shocks down her legs so the ambulance took her. She is returning home tomorrow. Friday night I took Mum, Leila and Erana to the Drifters concert. A group that was famous since the late fifties I think. It was fun and we had a good time. Hope all is well.
