Jaxon's Sacrament Talk

Good afternoon,
My name's Jaxon Wihongi for those who don't know me. I just barely went on trek this week and it was surprisingly fun.

But my topic is, where will this lead? Before trek I wondered, where will this lead? We’ll see.

Day 1: When “I” am in the right place, TRIALS become TRAILS

In trek, each day had different themes, the 1st day was the past, when “I” am in the right place, TRIALS become TRAILS. I remember on day 1 there was this one part of the trail where the ground was uneven and it was hard to get the handcart through, but with the help from my family we got through it together. If you’re going through a trial don’t keep it a secret, your family will always help you get through any trials you have and especially the Lord as you turn to him in faith. One thing I’ve learned on the first day was always be kind to everyone because you don’t know if they’re going through trials too. Later that day we had square dancing. I don’t know why but watching square dancing I thought it was simple, but actually doing the square dance I’ve probably messed up a thousand times and I remember making other people mess up too. But it was pretty fun. After that we had our family home evening and then we went to sleep.

The trials of the pioneers have created many trails where we can follow. Using their example in our trials we will create our own trails of faith in God, experience, love and strength to endure, where maybe future generations will follow as well.

Day 2: When “I” am in the right place, COMPLAINT becomes COMPLIANT

On the 2nd  day the theme was, When “I” am in the right place, COMPLAINT becomes COMPLIANT. I don’t really have an experience for this because I didn’t complain on trek and I always obeyed my parents. Just kidding, I remember we all skipped breakfast because of “the weather”, instead they gave us this bread that was a little disgusting not gonna lie, other people threw theirs away but I ate mine because I didn’t really care I was just hungry, but we got ready to move out and hike the trails with our handcarts and once we were like more than 100 yards away from the campsite, the trek leader told us that we left someone and told us to leave our carts and head back. A lot of people were complaining, but as we got to the campsite we stayed and listened to a man tell us a story that was about not leaving anyone behind. Then after the story we had a delicious breakfast.

After breakfast we started walking, we stopped about half way to listen to a man named Eric. Eric was the trek leaders son’s baseball coach. He was in a wheelchair because he was paralyzed from an accident in Hawaii at the beach. Eric loves to run, he’s ran many marathons but now he can’t because he’s in a wheelchair. Satan would always try to make him hate himself because he’s nothing without his legs. He would feel ungrateful for his body. But Eric didn’t drown in his self pity. He looked at all the alternatives of how he can become better. He also researched other people who have the same thing he has, and he found someone that couldn’t move a thing. This made him feel grateful that it wasn’t worse than it was. So remember there are always people who have it harder than you.

I’d like to read a quote from a talk called Where Will This Lead? By Dallin H. Oaks and it says, “We make better choices and decisions if we look at the alternatives and ponder where they will lead.” After Eric was paralyzed he said that he was closer to God and that he had a stronger testimony. He put himself in the right place where his complaints have become compliant to the will of God.

Later that day we played games, then I learned to play “Can’t help falling in love” on the ukelele from one of the parents and then told me to serenade girls and then we ate. Then we opened letters from our real parents and then we went to sleep.

Day 3: When “I” am in the right place, PLAIN becomes I PLAN

The theme for the 3rd day was, When “I” am in the right place, PLAIN becomes I PLAN. Don’t live a plain life, a life where you’re too caught up in the world. Instead, live a spiritual life, get more involved with the Lord and the gospel. A life where you plan for Eternal Life. From the “Where Will This Lead” talk again it says, “We make many choices between two goods, often involving how we will spend our time. There is nothing bad about playing video games or texting or watching TV or talking on a cell phone. But each of these involves what is called “opportunity cost,” meaning that if we spend time doing one thing, we lose the opportunity to do another. I am sure you can see that we need to measure thoughtfully what we are losing by the time we spend on one activity, even if it is perfectly good in itself.” He’s not saying you can’t do those things just make sure you measure your time, make room for God. Don’t allow the plans you have made for Eternal Life to be pushed aside.

On this trek day, the women had to do this thing called the women's pull, where only the women push the cart and the men can’t help. It was an experience for the women because back in the pioneer days this woman who was below 5 feet had to push the handcart by herself with her husband who was above 6 feet, laid in the cart because he was injured or sick or something. And that taught us men to make sure you find an amazing woman like that, but also to plan for challenges for they will come in life. The best way to do that is to keep God in my life. Later in the day the men had to carry the women across a river. The men had to get in a group of 3 and I remember I was with Russel and this other guy. We carried about 4 women across, all at once, just kidding. But after that we had lunch and headed home.

Testimony

So before trek I wondered, where will this lead?
Well after my trek experience I think it helped me become a better person. It helped me become a better brother and it's helped me serve more. It has also strengthened my testimony. And It also lead me to a nice long shower.

As Elder Oaks said, when making choices look at the alternatives and ponder where they will lead. Will they lead to trails of faith? Will they lead to compliance to the will of God? Will they lead to a plain life or a plan to have eternal life?

I know that God lives and loves all of us, and that Jesus Christ is our Saviour and redeemer. And I know that they are always willing to help us with our trials, we just need to have faith and pray. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

5/5/19

Hi Mina,
This past week we tried to buy a car but our bank wouldn't give us the loan because it had a ‘salvage title’. So annoying looking for another car! lol Making the girls their new costumes for for Tausala. Dad and I had a date at the ‘pub n grill’ hahaa to have ‘fish n chips’, the fish was fried not battered tasted ok but the chips weren’t fries but potato chips that are fried. I had an egg burger. Dad works from home twice a week now, but he says he doesn't like to. Because he says we distract him lol oh and his new Costco chair hurts his back and his work one doesn't. Tyrell broke your phone got shake all over it. Jaxon won his rugby game Saturday against United which was a miracle lol he's playing better too. We are watching ‘Aquaman’ for our family movie.
Well love you and be safe Mum and Dad xxx

Hello Mina,
We went to Liam and Kayla’s house for dinner. They live in a place similar to where Jonah lives, high up in the rich houses. I went to the ortho on Monday and changed my colors to purple and ice blue. Erana and I had piano practice. Vicky said she saw some of our hula berries growing! For Young Women, we learned about how we can replace social media time with reading the scriptures. We listened to a talk that Sister Wendy Nelson spoke on. I stayed after because I was in a meeting with the Mia Maid leadership. Erana and I had Tausala practice. We practiced our Hawaiian more than our Tahitian. We didn’t practice any tahitian that I remember of. Erana and I shared a 4 for 4 from Wendy’s. Mom, Erana, and I went to Walmart on Friday. I got some potato wedges and chicken tenders. Yesterday, we went to Jaxon’s rugby game and he won. We went to Carl’s Jr. to get some victory milkshakes. I did some yard work for dad’s trees, the hula berries, and the herbs that mom bought for Erana and I to put in those flower baskets from Grandma’s funeral. Today, I went to Legacy Branch to help with the old people. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!
Love, Leila XOXO

Hi Mina,

Hi Mina,
Sorry you won’t get this until next week. It’s always nice to speak to you each week. It was fun on Friday taking the girls on a field trip to the Ogden railroad museum to celebrate the 150 year anniversary of the cross-country railroad being completed in Utah in 1869. They had a good time. We stopped by the Ogden temple after then went to the Dinosaur park. We had to make a joke out of every dinosaur name. One of them was a Dryosaurus so we gave Erana that nickname because her jokes we're so dry or nonsensical like Jaxon’s used to be. Jaxon’s Championship rugby game was pretty hard to watch. He got thrashed by West Valley. But I got to cheer for a bunch of the other team too because I used to coach about 6 or 7 of them. We stopped at Grandma’s grave after church and had our Come Follow Me lesson there. Weather is getting nice and sunny. Keep exercising faith in the Lord, you’ll be blessed. The gospel is true and we’re proud of your desires to share it.
Love you heaps, Mum and Dad

Hello egg,
We came in 2nd place for the championships. I also have a girlfriend but you already know lol. Nothing fun really happened over the week. I helped my girlfriend decorate for a dance. That’s about it so hope you have a fun week.
Love, Jaxon XOXO

Hello Mina,
Erana and I had Tausala today. Aunty Fina had us go over an Otea about ten times without letting us get a drink of water. An Otea is a fast Tahitian dance. When we were done practicing the Otea, she let the younger class and Jr. Tausala class a drink of water, but not the older classes. I could hardly breathe in that nasty, sweaty, humid, air. Erana and I played at Jenna’s house after piano lessons on Tuesday. We played Skip Bo. Dad taught FHE and I learned that God is forgiving to sinners who repent and that if we give thanks to him and Jesus we will be given extra blessings. Mom and I went to Young Women on Wednesday. We played Minute-to-Win-It games. Mom and I played thread the needle, color the fastest, and ping pong into the cup. We each had a word search for when it was other teams turn. Last Wednesday, they had us fill in a How Well Do You Know Your Mom paper. They gave those papers to our moms after the activities. Sister Moutsos made yummy soft cake with strawberries and jello stuff and whipped cream on top. Mom, Erana, and I went to Kapa Haka on Thursday after Erana and I had Tausala. The Moleni kids were there to practice with us. Dad, Erana, and I went to the Union Station in Ogden for the 150th anniversary of the golden spike. We had a lot of fun and saw the “Big Boy” train move. The “Big Boy” is the biggest steam engine train ever made. We ate yummy Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches for lunch. We tried old fashion soda, and our flavor we chose was Sarsaparilla. Our soda was in a big mug that we got to keep when we left. We went to the dinosaur place afterwards, the place where you and mom got stung by a wasp. We were making puns out of the names of dinosaurs. I got a big pencil. Yesterday, I went to Jaxon’s rugby game with Dad and Erana. Then I went to the Salt Lake Temple with Sister Moutsos, the Rudolph sisters, and Anna Ballard. We went to Arctic Circle afterwards and got shakes. Erana and I played at Kage’s house after I went to the temple. We played Minecraft in survival mode. Today, I made mom’s card for mother’s day. I helped little kids at church from primary with an activity. We ate pie after we helped. We went to grandma’s grave and did Come Follow Me. We are having Ratatouille for dinner today. I’ll tell you the rest of the day in the next letter because dinner isn’t ready yet and I’m writing to you before dinner. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!

Hi Mina,
Living Traditions was yesterday, we performed for Hiona at 3pm and had a good show had a big group, with the Moleni's. And then Tausala at 9pm. It was fun and learnt a lesson not to tie Leila's poi balls together and Leila learnt not to have them tied up down her skirt! lol It’s been rainy and cold lately but yesterday was fine to do our shows. We have new costumes too. Safe travels to Hamilton give everyone our love.
Love Mum and Dad xxx

Hello Mina,
We watched the rest of Aqua-Man and then half of The Great Wall. Erana and I went to Tausala practice on Monday. Erana and I had piano lessons on Tuesday. On Wednesday, Erana and I went with mom to go to the capital. Mom went inside to see dad get his award for working there while Erana and I were sitting outside playing with toys and reading books while eating snacks. We went inside after it was done and ate some refreshments that were inside. We got to see the golden spike with three other spikes. We were combined with the YM for our activity. We played Ultimate Frisbee, but I was spending most of my time on the playground that was right next to us. We had root beer floats afterwards at church. Erana and I went to Tausala practice on Thursday. Yesterday, dad, mom, Erana, and I did our performances at Living Traditions. The first performance was with NZAS-Hiona and it went very good. We ate yummy food after our performance. The second performance was with Tausala, and it went very good also, mom or dad will tell you the rest. Mom, Jaxon, Erana, and I went to McDonald’s after performing. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!

Hi Mina,
We got a new car finally, it’s a Ford Focus 2014 but only has 16000 miles on it so it’s almost like new still even though it is 5 years old. We also went to Lowes to have someone come over to quote us on new windows for the reading nook and Jaxon’s room. We took Jaxon to eat out Friday because he got good grades, all A’s, a couple A-’s. Saturday was Pasifika and the girls did good. Uncle Jared and family Uncle Jody, Jonah and Maya came to it. We taught our primary class for the first time today. We only get 20 minutes of teaching a lesson. We have some good kids. We have Seren Garcia, David Marcrum, Lyla Belnap, TJ Bell, Charlotte Parker, and Julia Thackery. Tyrell and I gave Tessie Edgar and her Mum Judy a blessing for health. Judy keeps falling over and hurting herself. Keep doing your best and the Lord will uphold your efforts. The church is true, Jesus is the Christ.
We love you so much. Dad and Mum

Hello Mina,
We watched the rest of the Great Wall and then watched the Incredibles 2. I helped Jaxon make brownies. Alessandra and Ariki played over on Monday. Erana and I had piano lessons on Tuesday. Mom, Erana, and I went to the Care Center on Wednesday to give a musical number and to also help bring residents to relief society. I played Come Follow Me on the piano while Erana and Mom were singing it. The Ferguson’s were there too and Daphne sang with Mom and Erana. After going to the Care Center, Erana and I played at the Ferguson’s house for a very long time, from 11am to 6pm. Suzy and I were playing with her make-up and we biked to Great Harvest and got some pumpkin bread samples, then we went to the park behind our house to eat it and play. I gave Suzy a tour of our house because she’s never been in our house before, and while we were there, I put my jacket back because I thought I didn’t need it. But, when Erana and I were leaving, we had to bike in the rain. I was freezing cold and the front of my pants were soaking wet. For Young Women, we were coming up with ideas to fundraise money for girls camp and everyone had great ideas, and I came up with the idea to have a talent show and everyone thought that was a great idea because many of their ideas can fit in with the talent show. Erana and I had Tausala practice on Thursday. We went to Smith’s after Tausala to get milk and some other stuff like donuts. Mom, Erana, and I went to Winco on Friday. Yesterday, Dad, Mom, Erana, and I went to the Pasifika Festival for our Tausala performance. It went great! Uncle Jared, Alessandra, Ariki, Uncle Jody, Jonah, and Mia were there to watch our show, but then went their own ways when it ended. We ate yummy food like corn that looked like it was from Nacho Libre but wasn’t on a cob, fish’n’chips, and otai. Erana made a flower lei necklace and I made a flower crown to go with her lei. We went to Uncle Jody’s for a little bit and I played with Jonah. We went in the basement to see Ariana and Keaton’s new cat named Theo. He’s a 3 or 4 month old Bengal cat. Jonah told me he’s shy, but he was playful when we went to see him, so we played with him for a long time. He doesn’t like to be held, but he doesn’t scratch or bite so he’s a gentle cat. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!

Hello Mina,
Leila and I had two shows one last Saturday and the other was Yesterday which is the day that your on Saturday, after our last show we went to Maya’s house cause it started to get all rainy and stormy and Leila and I wanted to play with them.  After we went home Jaxon and tyrell just came back home from the movies because they saw the new Aladdin.
Love Erana xoxoXoXoxOxO :)

Hello egg,
School ended on Thursday but I didn’t go to school on Thursday because they didn’t do anything lol. Their goodbye assembly was boring to be honest. I went to school on
Wednesday to sign yearbooks and stuff and to hangout with my girlfriend lol. On Saturday I went to go see Aladdin with Katya, Tyzick, and Karsen Fox. At first seeing Will Smith as the genie makes you cringe a bit but then he grows on you, he’s a pretty good genie. It has the same songs but they added some new songs in the movie. That’s all for today, hope you have a fun week!

Hello egg,
Not much happened this week. I did win my rugby game Saturday. That’s basically everything interesting so hope you have a fun week!
Love, Jaxon XOXO

Hey Sis,
This week was good.I got a job, I work for FedEx now. I started on Tuesday. It’s pretty easy, but it is heavy labor. What I do is load my truck with packages and then go deliver them. It pays really good to so I’m happy about it. I’ve been pretty busy now with the job which is good. On Thursday I hung out with Chad, we watched a quiet place. I thought it was pretty lame haha. That’s pretty much been my week. Work, come home, relax, workout. I went out with Mom and Dad on Friday. We went to Rollz which is a pho place. It was my first time in a long time. Still good though. But yeah, hope you’re doing well. Proud of you for making the decision to serve a mission!
Love Tyrell XOXO

Hi Mina,
We’re at your Uncle Scott’s right now watching the second half of GConference. We ate lunch her bbq. Then later today will be going over to Fisi Moleni’s house to eat again and visit with Dad’s CCNZ friends, like Big D and Seamus Fitzgerald. Nothing new to mention just been working and kid stuff. Girls had their piano recital on tuesday, they did awesome. Tyrell’s been working. And Jaxon got mad and punched another hole in the wall!! Lol So pretty much the same! Haa!
I invited Julie over for GConf but she was actually going to see it and then later going to her ward.  There are three polynesian single adult wards near us so I told Tyrell to go check them out. Dad and I went out to eat pho with Tyrell and we watched the newest ‘Kong’ movie.
We’ve been praying for you and Sister Toi and your investigators, hope ya’ll are well.
Love you, Mum and Dad xxx

Hello Mina,
Erana and I played at the Ferguson’s house. They cleaned out their backyard and buried their trampoline in the ground so you don’t have to climb onto it. We rode on our bikes and chased the chickens. For FHE, we played basketball and handball at the park. Erana and I played at the park and at Jenna’s house. We went to Jenna’s grandma’s house to drop stuff off and I forgot that Jenna told me her grandma was going to have surgery and she already did have surgery so I saw she is way slimmer. Jenna did my make-up and I wore it to the piano recital.

We had chicken, rice, and broccoli there. Erana and I only made a few mistakes on our piano recital. For Young Women, we made origami shirts with ties for Father’s Day. Erana and I had Tausala on Thursday. Birdie was the only one who had to teach because the other girls weren’t there. She was pretty mad. Erana and I slept in your bed. Dad, Erana, and I played at the park on Friday. We made shakes with our new shake maker. Erana and I slept in your bed again and I had the best dream ever. It was me being apart of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles like April O’Neil, but I wasn’t April O’Neil. The real TMNT, not the cartoon one. What I learned from the first half of General Conference is that a family that prays together IS together, even when far apart. We did chores in between the break and I made another shake. In the second half of General Conference, I learned that we should look at the world through the eye of faith. Erana and I slept over at Jenna’s house with my other friend, Mea. We ate delicious mashed potatoes, chicken, and corn for dinner. We played basketball, handball, a card game, and a game we made up. We also baked cookies that mom bought for us. I will talk about Sunday’s Conference in the next letter. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!
Love, Leila XOXO

Hi Mina,
We had our piano recital. After Family Home Evening, we played basketball and handball. We went to Jenna’s house for a sleepover and Mea was there.
Love, Erana xoxoXoXoxOxO

4/14/19

Hello Mina,
In the first half of General Conference, I learned that blessing require action based on faith in Jesus. But it’s always small compared to blessings given like striking a match and lighting kindling under a bonfire. But we don’t earn blessings only qualify for the Lord’s grace. We went to Uncle Scott’s for lunch and to watch the rest of the Conference. In the second half, I learned that God will heal you, even if it takes a lifetime or more. You already know we went to Uncle Fisi’s house for dinner. For Young Women, we were combined with the Young Men. We had an etiquette dinner. We learned etiquette and took a quiz after we had our etiquette dinner. Our dinner was salad first, then we had our entree which was rice, broccoli, and meat with other food that I can’t remember filled rolls. The rolls and rice had a weird sauce on it. For our dessert, we had chocolate cake that some Young Women girls made and vanilla ice cream. Mom, Erana, and I did service at Tez’s house on Thursday. Erana and I had Tausala and Aunty Fina was there! She hasn’t been to class in over a month! Erana and I got fries, hamburgers, and shakes at Arctic Circle afterwards. Mom, dad, Erana, and I went to Costco and had linner there. I had a salad and a weird ice cream like yogurt. After Costco, we went to a mexican store to get brazilian cheese balls for Sofia’s birthday on today. Yesterday, Jaxon, Kage, Dray, Erana, and I saw Shazam at Regal. Aunty Heather bought us McDonald’s afterwards. We played at Kage’s house and Kage’s friends kept on bugging us. They were at the park, so we went and spied on them. When they spotted us, we ran as fast as we could. It was so fun! I’ll tell you about today for next week’s letter because I’m writing this before going to church. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!
Love, Leila XOXO

Hi Mina,
I hope you're having fun on mission and meeting a lot of relatives.  It’s Sophia’s b-day today and I’m excited to go to her house and see her.  Last Saturday Jaxon was at his game, he won but Jaxon missed a catch so Daddy got angry, he was throwing a tantrum with Jaxon just because he missed the ball.  Jaxon got angry at Daddy, Jaxon went downstairs to get dressed but Jaxon was so angry he punched the wall and his fist went right through.  After that Jaxon came back up and said he made a hole in the wall.  Mom and Dad were so angry they grounded Jaxon for a week.  Yesterday Jaxon, Kage, Leila, Dray and I went to see the movie Shazam at the movie’s after that we played at Kage and Drays house.
Love Erana xoxoXoXoxOxO

Hello egg,
I didn’t have a game this week so we chillin. We’re going to Uncle Ollie’s house today for Sophia's birthday today. On Friday, I hung out with my friends. We went to a park and played football. Didn’t really do much this week because I’m grounded. Hope you have an amazing week!
Love, Jaxon XOXO

Hi Mina,
I work from home twice a week now. Weds and Thurs and drive to work Mon and Tues. We looked at another car Friday but it had some damage so we didn’t want to deal with that. So still looking. We are looking at carpet for the basement. I don’t have much else to write about. We love you so much. Keep up the good work.
Love Dad and Mum

4/21/19

Hi Mina,
Watching the new ‘Robin Hood’ movie with Tyrell, it’s a bit cheese. We had a lovely Easter. Dad hid golden eggs with money in the flower holder at Mums gravesite. We stopped by there before going to your Uncle Scotts. Jaxon found them, he was surprised! Lol Had yummy food at Uncle home, I made Curried chicken non spicy, Mozzarella shrimp pasta, and cinnamon caramel rolls. Last night went to your cuzzie ‘Beau Barlow’s’ wedding. It was nice, he married a samoan, she is very beautiful. Hono was there too from NZ he says he’s been telling his friends to keep an eye out for you! lol  Vuna Schaap another cuzzie got called to serve in Japan!! Lots of people were asking how you are? I say good! They had Sagato bakery cater because they are related to the bride.
We were waiting for you to call today so you could speak to everyone, but you must be off again having a tutu!! ;)
Hope you are well and safe, love Mum and Dad xxx

Hello Mina,
Just got back from the Easter gathering. It was really fun, everyone looks so different! I almost didn’t recognize some of the cuzzies. Other than that, just had a normal week. Work is going good. I’ll be driving the big trucks soon. This week we watched Bumblebee. It was alright, wasn’t that great. Went to Rhett’s wedding. It was the first white people wedding I went to and it was pretty lame haha. It was only 2 hours long, here was only desert and 30 minutes of dancing. But Tyler and I did get to decorate his car haha that was fun. I try to go to the gym every night now, I go to VASA. Trying to stay swole haha. Anyways I hope you are doing good! We visited Grandma today, I know that she is watching over you now.
Love you! Tyrell XOXO

Hello Mina,
I had a meeting with the Mia Maid leadership. After church, we had dinner and cake at the Wolferstan’s house for Sofia’s birthday. She got a lot of LOL toys. She gave one each to me and Erana. We watched the first half of Bumble Bee for our family movie. On Monday, we watched 2 LDS videos for FHE and the second half of Bumble Bee. Erana and I played at the park for a bit before I went with mom to get vinyl and fabric for mine and Jaxon’s buckets. We were running late so we had to go very quickly. We went to Joann, Ross, and Walmart and mom got me McDonald’s while we were there. Everyone liked my fabric. Mom will send you pictures of our buckets. We had donuts after making our lids. I shot a few baskets there and amazed a few people with my swishes. Mom and I went to Dollar Tree and I got Jumex, pretzels with nacho cheese, and BBQ Pringles. Then we went to the DI and got me my trek clothes. I bought myself a pair of church shoes. Erana and I went to Tausala after and I didn’t get embarrassed when I tripped in the beginning of my solo! Usually I get embarrassed by any mistake I do in front of anyone! It was a miracle! Yesterday, we went to Beau Barlow’s wedding. Their food was Sagato’s food. I liked their strawberry cupcakes. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!
Love, Leila XOXO

Hi Mina,
On Saturday, my family and I went to a cousin’s wedding.  When we got there it took a long time till we got to the food and I was bored because there wasn’t so much familiar faces at the wedding.  There was only a few faces there and the only people i could play with was Alessandra and Ariki.  But, for a long time, we finally got to the food. But then, the line went crooked because Uncle Jody and Josh were in the same line as me and they were both right next to each other.  It’s not like Josh was behind Uncle Jody in the line, but the women in front of me were starting to go on Uncle Jody’s side than in the middle of them and behind him.
Love, Erana xoxoXoXoxOxO

4/28/19

Hi Mina,
We saw Avengers Endgame this weekend. It’s so awesome, funny and sad. You’ll love it. I actually saw it twice. Weather has been warm and some days rainy. Been doing yard work. My trees I planted are not in good shape. 3 of 8 died. I replaced one yesterday. Mum showed me this list of your most influential people and Julie is on your list right after Jesus and your tennis coach is on it but I didn’t even make it on, shame. Well love you heaps, take care and work hard.
Aroha Tino Nui, Dad and Mum

Hello Mina,
We went to Grandma’s grave after church and found golden eggs in the flower thing when we were going to put the flowers I took from the wedding. Then we went to Uncle Scott’s house for dinner and dessert. I decided to hunt for eggs instead of hiding them. We went to Grandma’s again with the rest of the family. Uncle Jared shared a scripture and Uncle Scott told us about his dream he had of seeing Grandma. We went back to Uncle’s to help clean up, and we played in the backyard for a while. Gracie slept over and we watched Pitch Perfect 2. Mom, Erana, Gracie, and I went to Walmart on Monday and I bought myself some candy. Erana and I had piano lessons on Tuesday. Dad, Tyrell, and I played basketball at the park. We went to the Family History Library for Young Womens on Wednesday. We are related to President Monson, Evis Presley, George Washington, and many more amazing people! Erana and I had Tausala on Thursday. I feel like I am getting way better at my Fa'arapu. Kage bought Jaxon and I tickets to go see Avengers: Endgame on Friday. So we went to his house at 4pm and played. Kage had an extra ticket so he invited his friend. We were playing basketball in the backyard. Then we went to Megaplex at 7pm. I can’t wait for you to see it! Yesterday, we went to Regal to see Avengers: Endgame as a family. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!!!

Hi Mina,
Yesterday, we went to see Avengers: Endgame. There were a lot of pretty emotional scenes. Mufasa died, but it was a great movie, but it’s not the best because every single marvel movie is the best.  Love, Erana xoxoXoXoxOxO

Wassup egg,
OMG! Avengers Endgame is THE BEST MARVEL MOVIE EVER! The saddest death in that movie is Mufasa. I can’t wait for you to come home because you NEED to watch it. You know the feeling you get when your on a rollercoaster and your about to go down a steep drop, I got that feeling in that movie. It was so shocking and awesome! That’s basically everything interesting I did this week. I saw it twice! Anyways, hope you have a fun and amazing week.
Love, Jaxon XOXO

Hello Mina,
Not much happened this week, but it was a good one. Work is going good I’ll finally be driving myself soon. I got new glasses. Chick Fil A has a frosted Key Lime right now and it’s bomb. Been going to VASA every night to get swole haha I think I told you that last time. Still haven’t dated anyone yet. No girlfriends at the moment. We went to go see the Avengers. Best one yet, I think you might cry when you see it haha it’s pretty emotional. Anyways that was pretty much my week. Hope you are doing good, Don’t forget to pray! Love you!
