August

Monday Sept 31 - Friday August 4th - Erana had girls camp again for her age group at 'Brighton Camp' up in Big Cottonwood Canyon. I dropped her and Sarah Ballard off at a Chapel near the bottom of the Canyon. 'Marit', Leila's friend - pakeha girl. She saw us and started freaking out being all excited to see us, jumping up and down, it was hilarious, a little embarrassed for her lol, but funny!

Sunday August 6th - Saturday August 12th - I had to go to Primary, cause our Primary Presidency got released and today was our goodbye transfer over to the New Primary Presidency who are Sara Marcrum, President, Cecilia Milner-1st Councilor, Nicole Harding - 2nd Councilor and Zaylee - Secretary.  Sad, happy exciting time in Primary. I will miss all my kids!

After Primary we went to Mila's baby blessing feed, cause we missed her blessing, because I had to go to Primary. It was at Wes & Jenni's chapel pavilion, kinda weird when church is still going on lol. We were late but there was some food left, I bought pork zuchini (kinda like beef broccoli). It was nice seeing everyone. After the get together we left for St.George for our family vacation. Just Jay and I and our babies, Christine also came with us because she was here for the blessing.

We spent the night in St.George and then the next day after I went thrifting we went to Las Vegas, Gracie came with us. We got a hotel room with enough beds for everyone, 2bdrm one with a king bed and a queen bed and a couch bed. Our hotel was super nice and we got a room right next to the pool entrance. While we were waiting for our room to be ready we went and got groceries. They had nice pools and an area for adults only too. Jay and I really liked going to the pool and laying out and relaxing more than the girls. We went to China town and got some mochi doughnuts and ate some Korean corndogs.

Tuesday August 8th. Slept in a little, had yummy leftovers for breakfast. Went to lay out at the pool afterwards. Girls came later. In the afternoon we had tickets to go see the Jets. We got ready and then left, Jay was a little stressed about being late and driving cause of road works. But it all turned out fine, our seats got bumped up to the second row. It was in a small room, I think they didn't sell enough tickets. We had an awesome time, they sang their songs and songs from the 80's/90's. We would get up and dance. Leila and Erana ended up on stage dancing with them. Gracie was a bit too shy for that lol Afterwards we got photos with them. We walked around a little afterwards, took the tram to Bellagio and looked at their flower decorations it was cool.

Wednesday slept in again and went to the pool. The weather was so nice, and the pool wasn't crowded at all. We went to China Town again, went to the KPOP store to look at, Leila bought her some Treasure merch. We got some

Thursday we slept in and packed up.

Wednesday August 16th, my babies started school. We also had our Condo BBQ this afternoon, we sat on the grass again. But this time I brought Kiko down in his stroller, some thought it was funny. Kids came to peek. The BBQ was delicious.  On Friday 18th went to Tia La'ulu's 16th Birthday at a near by park. She had her poly group perform, and had yummy poly food. While performing it was windy and the tent cover that the poly group had their stuff in blew away lol. People caught it though and it was a crack up.

Monday 21st, was my back to School day. I got a pay raise now instead of $17.?, I now get $20.18! Yay! Tardies is more strict, 3 tardies for all periods count has a lunch detention, 5 half day ISS, 6 full day ISS. Phone use is strict too, which is a good thing. I've been having kids in Lunch Detention and ISS alot more than usual.

Sunday August 27th, I helped Jaxon in Sunbeams today, it was fun being in primary as a teacher and not in charge. Sis Thackeray is awesome with the music. Jaxon was funny with the lesson, he was reading it word for word off of his phone. We went for a walk outside around the building and I let the kids grab some veges that were in front of the Relief Society room.
