Hi Son,
Had a rough week, long story short we decided to cut down three of our pine trees, front one, and two in the back and keep the middle one but it had a trim. It was done on tuesday, I had anxiety attack that day when they were cutting them down and when it was done. I hated it and regretted agreeing to cutting them down. Balled my eyes out, couldn’t sleep….etc prayed and fasted every day so my depressed feeling would go away. Dad was very loving and Mina too, gave me words of love. It was like someone had died!!! Anyway the only good thing that came of it was me praying, reading the scriptures (for advice and comfort) and fasting. Mina says that it made me stretch spiritually. Dad and I have decided to grow some privacy trees/hedge along that fence line in the back. And in the front, have to wait for the tree stump to rot and then get new concrete. Looks like change is not a good thing for me, stresses me out. I’m still coping and getting use to the whole thing. Putting my trust in the Lord that it will all turn out for the better, that’s what Dad said, will be blessed with something better than what we had. Mina has a new beau ‘Jordan Glade’ who she went to her senior prom with, and he’s her first kiss!! lol He seems really nice. But Dad seems more overly protective with Mina then he was with you and Brenna. I say to him, ‘you didn’t do that when Tyrell brought Brenna here….Anyways hope your toe is healing quickly and you are able to get back to the good work. We love you and are proud of you.

Hey Big Bro, We are singing so many cool songs for our last Choir Concert! Guess what! We are singing I See The Light from Tangled! We are also singing Remember Me from the movie, Coco. It makes me cry each time we sing it, even practicing! I think of Grandma whenever we sing it because it’s about the kid’s grandma in the movie. We are singing the samoan medley again too. I hope your toe is healed by now.

Hello Tyrell,
Erana and I had piano lessons on Tuesday and played at Jenna’s house afterwards. On Wednesday, we went to a chapel for Young Womens and facetimed people from Canada and asked them questions, we had cake afterwards. Thursday, Erana and I had Tausala practice and we got shakes afterwards. The next day, we went to get our passports and then went to Home Depot. Yesterday, Erana and I played over at Erana’s friend’s house and then they played over. Then, Kage and Dray played over and Erana and I played over at their house after that. Next, Erana and I were playing with Mina and her friend Jordan, (funny, nice, fun, and good looking. He should be Mina’s boyfriend.) and we were showing him videos of Mina like when she was dancing and singing cottage cheese. Mina was trying so hard to turn the videos of when we put them on that Jordan cut his hand and started bleeding. It was because he was holding her down and trying to stop her. He said the video of cottage cheese was worth watching. Today, we are eating dinner at Kage and Dray’s house. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!

Change can be hard sometimes. It's something we as missionaries have to face all the time, and I'm still not used to it. We are taken from the comfortable and placed in the uncomfortable constantly, but dad is right. Over time, I learned that as long as I put my trust in the Lord, everything will work out the way it's supposed to in the end.
Ew that's gross Mina, I worked with Jordan at Chickfila. He was very quiet, like me, and yeah nice like me to.

It is Mothers Day. We made Mum breakfast in bed. The kids helped make the eggs, yogurt parfait, toast, etc. We attended Danny and Raina's baby blessing for their boy. After we ate lunch at a park in Draper. Is was a Sunny but breezy day. Tyrell called while we were there and we had a good chat. He got to say hi to some of his cousins. We stopped at Sreeve and Ryans' on the way home to get Jaxon's ps4 controller from Zion. We chatted for a few minutes. They recently moved back from Seattle Washington to be closer to their kids who had moved back to Utah. We still had Tyrell on the video phone and he talked with Tama for a bit. Jaxon's Rhino team won their conference Championship game versus Genesis Saturday. They call it a State Championship but there were 3 other conference champions too for 9/10 grades. It was a close game and rainy. Their defense won the game pretty much. Jaxon played in the second half. It was at Herriman High School. Erana was with me and was bored. Candi and the others went on a Temple youth walk to Jordan River Temple to celebrate the reopening of the temple.

Hi Son,
Was great talking to you last Sunday. Monday was Mina’s final choir concert that we went to for FHE. We went to an SBO dinner Tuesday. All the Taylorsville HS SBO’s and parents at Red Robin. Then Wednesday we had dinner at Gardner Village for Taylorsville HS Senior banquet. Mina got a certificate for academics and service. Friday we bought 8 emerald green trees to plant along the fence in front of Bruno’s home. They are 4 ft now but we hope they grow to their top height which is about 12 feet. They’ll be privacy trees. I got them all done Saturday. They look nice. Friday evening Leila and Erana did their polynesian dancing at the Living traditions show in Salt Lake. They did great. We ate some thai food. Saturday afternoon they did the Maori show at the same place. Mum and  Jaxon were in it too. We saw the Wolferstans and we got food and sat and ate with them then went home. We went to Mina’s seminary graduation tonight. So quite a busy week. Hope all is well. Love you.

Hey Big Bro,
I’ve had two official work days at chick fil a. I’m learning headset on the drive thru. It’s fun and better than my other jobs. Yesterday, we watched the Jordan River Temple cultural celebration, lot’s of my friends performed in it. Jordan had a solo in it. After that, I went to Jordan’s voice recital and then to his home so he can open his mission call. He is called to Los Angeles, California. And he is spanish speaking!! He departs to on September 18th to an MTC in Mexico. I knew he would do spanish speaking, even though he’s never taken a class in it before. I’m almost done with my papers! I just have to set appointments for the doctors and dentists to sign. I don’t have any wisdom teeth so it’ll be fast.

Erana and I went to Tausala practice on Thursday. Friday, Erana and I had our Tausala performance at the Living Traditions Festival. Yesterday, we found 3 baby birds in Fabio’s backyard and we took care of them all day. In the middle of the day, we went to the Youth celebration, afterwards we had another show at the festival for kapahaka. Next, we ate some food with the Wolferstan family and Ollie’s parents and sister was there too. Then, we set the chick’s free because they weren’t eating when we were trying to feed them worms. Hi Son, 

It’s been busy week!!! When I wasn’t working I was making lolly leis for Mina’s graduation. Went to Cynthia Wood’s graduation on Thursday, they had 198 kids graduate. Taylorsville had 503 kids graduate. It was a nice ceremony, but afterwards was way too chaotic, and Mina was sad she didn’t get photos with her friends. We went to to eat at a chinese buffet, with Uncle Jared’s family. Saturday Leila and Erana had another Tausala show downtown Provo. They were awesome again, and then we had yummy food, like otai drinks, Claire's filled doughnuts filled with coconut, guava, custard and raspberry. Fish and chips, corn on the cob with parmesan cheese. Now it’s Sunday and we're watching the last of our trilogy - maze runner. Hope your doing good with your new transfer, Dads wants to know your plans for when you come home lol.

Hey Big Bro, I graduated! Senior Breakout was fun. We swam, got henna tattoos, karaoke, ping pong, then we went to Regal Cinemas at 2:30am to watch the new Star Wars movie, Solo. It’s alright. My friend got his mission call to Atlanta Georgia. Now I just need to save up for my senior trip. I hope you’re doing well.

School finally ended!!! I’m so happy that schools done. I went to Lagoon on Thursday and it was really fun. I went with my friends from school. My friend Ceedrek hit his head on a wall and he started bleeding lol. I went on the Cannibal ride for the first time and it is really fun. Then on Saturday I hung out with Zion. Hi Son,
Happy Easter! Hope you are doing well and enjoyed Easter and General Conference. Your Mum and I had a vacation together this last few days. We wanted to try flying stand-by for the first time so we went to Las Vegas, somewhere close and easy. We went Tuesday and came back Friday. We had a good time. We stayed the first night in the Luxor and the other at MGM Signature. We ate buffets and walked around. We went and saw an Avengers exhibition which had many costumes and props from the actual movies. Mina and Jaxon watched the younger kids. General conference was good. The changes are far out, combined quorums and ministering replaces Home teaching and visiting teaching. I think it’s a good thing. Hope all is well. Love you so much. Keep working hard and relying on the Lord.

I really liked your drawing of Jesus! It reminds me of when you used to draw a lot. I always admired your drawings and I always wanted to draw like you. You are very talented in many things. Like in music, drawing, health and fitness, and now you have a talent of bearing your testimony! I will always look up to you. It is exciting to hear about our two new apostles who are Taiwanese and Brazilian. And about the new Ministering thing instead of home and visiting teaching and about he change made during the priesthood session (something about having one elders quorum meeting instead of two separate ones). Mom and Dad went to Las Vegas for 4 days. I went to a rugby union Utah Warriors game. It was pretty disappointing because the Warriors lost the the Glendale Raptors, a Colorado team. But I guess they lost because the Glendale Raptors were more experienced. Today is Easter!!! We’re going to Aunty Heathers house for Easter. Oh and also, I won my rugby game this Saturday against Riverton. It was 74 to 0. Well, hope you have a wonderful and stupendous and very spiritual Easter Sunday and week.

Hello Tyrell,
Erana and I had our piano practice on Tuesday and we also played at our friend’s house. On Wednesday, we had a treasure hunt for Young Womens and we had lemonade and cookies with the temple on it. Thursday, Erana and I played at Kage and Dray’s house and I washed their dishes when Aunty Heather went to take Kage to his orthodontist. The next day, Erana and I got picked up by Aunty Heather and she got us a treat from Great Harvest because she told us Uncle Scott told her that Erana and I washed her dishes, at first she thought Uncle Scott did them until he said we did them. Then, Erana and I played with Kage and Dray. Afterwards, Erana and I did our gymnastics at the park with Shauna. Yesterday, after general conference, Erana and I played at Kage’s house. Hi Son, 

Last Tuesday Mina went on her Choir tour and she just got back today. Nothing much going on, not like last week. We celebrated Easter with the whanau at Uncle Scott house. We all met over at the Grandmas gravesite first. We had yummy food and the easter egg hunt and even practiced our family kapa haka, we’re learning ‘Karangatia Ra’ and Dads teaching the boys ‘Tika Tonu’. Greg Hauet said he use to live in Fuquay Varina.

Not a lot happened this week so this will be short. I won my rugby game on Saturday against Olympus, 24-19. I didn’t score a try though because the forwards are ball hogs. It was pretty rainy so we had to play in the rain. We had a combined activity on Wednesday with the other wards. All we did was play games that had a meaning to it. I helped at the temple on Monday, I put booties on people’s feet. We went to Wendy’s afterwards. For Young Women’s on Wednesday, we did a lot of activities with different wards, and I saw and old school friend. Erana and I had Tausala practice and we went to kapa haka afterwards on Thursday. On Friday, we went to see Pacific Rim 2. Afterwards for dinner, we went to a pizza place called Pie One, it was very good. Yesterday, Erana, dad, mom, and I went to the store. Hey Big Bro, 

Tour was so much fun! The first day we went straight to Disneyland from the buses. My friends and I did mostly everything at Disney. We rode Space Mountain and Indiana jones the most. It wasn’t that crowded. Oh and we went on the haunted Mansion too. The Splash Mountain was the only ride that was closed. We did a workshop in Disney and it was cool. The next day we went to do a workshop then went to a huge park with a duck reservoir. We had lunch and my friends and I played spikeball. Then we went to see a play called Joseph and the Technicolor Magical dreamcoat. It’s a musical about Joseph in the Bible and it was really funny. On the third day, we went to Universal Studios. (They took out the Beach in our schedule and surprised us with Universal) Harry Potter world was very cool and the ride was scary! I got a Pin from there. Then we went to Medieval Times which is similar to the dinner thing in Las Vegas. The place it put into sections for a certain knight, and our school cheered for the Yellow knight and we were the loudest! It was fun. The last day, we had Disney the whole day, (We have A two park hopper pass) So we went to California Adventure and did everything then we went to Disney after. Our hotel was very sketchy and funny, we prank called other rooms. I’m so schlumped. I’ve been sleeping all day today. Anyways, can’t wait to hear from you.

Hi Son, 

Went through Jordan River Temple again with Leila and Erana, its very beautiful inside. They are having a Concert for the youth this Wednesday and a walk to the Temple and a celebration for the opening of the Temple. Its Sunday evening and we're watching the Avengers to get ready for the new Avengers movie on the 27th. Mina has her prom this Saturday, days are going by so fast she’ll be graduated soon and then on her mission as well. She’s busy all the time, and has a worst sleep schedule than you! lol I let Jaxon bbq our steaks today and I was busy with work stuff when I went to go check on him and our steaks, they were nearly burnt! Hahaa I regret him cooking our steaks, he says to me ‘mum be grateful’! lol Hope your transfer went ok and your good, just focus on the work and you’ll be fine. We love you and are proud of you.

It freaking snowed on Thursday and Friday. I thought winter was over but apparently it wasn’t. I didn’t have a game this week. It was supposed to be on Thursday but it snowed so. Hi Son,

Mina had prom Saturday night. She looked so pretty in her green dress. Her date was Jordan Glade, a friend she has known since 1st grade. The dance was at Rice stadium. Jaxon played a rugby game Saturday and did quite well but didn’t see the ball enough as he was on the wing. But he made a couple runs and offloaded the ball in the tackle. We’ve been trying to take the kids on a date one at a time. We took Leila to eat at Moki’s Hawaiian grill Friday night. We took Jaxon to Cafe Rios the week before. Mum has bad allergies again this weekend. Spring pollen and all that going on. It was nice and sunny this weekend. Looks like it’s time to turn the sprinklers on and get the swamp cooler ready. Hope all is well in your new area. Remember to not just tract randomly all the time but pray about where to go. Get to know the members, see if they have any referrals. Sometimes they wait for the right missionaries before giving names of their friends. Anyway do your best and the Lord will take care of the rest.

Infinity War was amazing! I can start working on my mission papers! I’m missing you more these past days. I realized I will be leaving on my mission around September this year so I won’t be seeing you for a couple more years. I wish I spent more time with you. So when we see each other again, Let’s go on a trip or something! I have only a month left of Senior year. Senioritis is a real thing. No wonder mom had to email your teachers all the time, haha, I have absolutely no motivation in school right now. Oh Prom was two weeks ago! Have you seen pictures on FB? Hello Tyrell,

Erana and I had piano practice on Tuesday. We made wands for Primary hospital children for Young Womens. On Thursday, Erana and I went to Tausala and Kapa Haka. Friday, Mina and I went to the orthodontist and then afterwards, I saw the Avengers: Infinity War with the family except Mina. Then, Erana and I went to Erana’s Primary class party at a park that was by a dog park. We flew kites and I accidently caught mine in a tree, but I climbed up the tree and untangled it and got it back. But, after I jumped out of the tree, I didn’t feel normal and my hearing started to fade away. I got scared and yelled out to mom and when I did I could tell my hearing wasn’t right because I could hardly hear myself and everything I heard was echoey. I told mom that my hearing wasn’t right. Mom took me to the car and told me to get a drink of water. When we got to the car, my hearing started to come back and drinking water kind of helped. When I was getting better, I could hear rattling, not rough rattling, but like sand flowing in the water. At first it was loud, but then it started to fade when I was drinking water. When we left, mom said my hearing senses weren’t working because I was probably dehydrated. Yesterday, we went to the Wolferstan’s house for Sofia’s birthday, and we played in a bounce house in their backyard, afterwards Jaxon, Erana, and I went to the next door building and I flew my kite I got from Friday, and Jaxon was riding his long board with Erana on her bike. Today, I am now the 1st counselor of the Beehive’s Presidency, and we also watched The Night at the Museum 3. I hope you have a great week, stay safe! I LOVE YOU!

I didn’t go to school on Friday because we went to go see Avengers Infinity War!!! I saw it twice on the same day. One with the fam in the morning and the other in the afternoon with Hunter because he had another ticket. It is freaking amazing! Can’t wait to see it with you when you come back. Sounds like things are going pretty good in your new area. That’s good to hear. The past week we had some pretty warm weather, up in the 80’s. I got the swamp cooler ready to go because the house was getting hot. Today it’s cooled off and raining. Avengers Infinity war was awesome. Funny and sad. You’ll be home when part 2 comes out next year. We had lunch with the Wolferstans on Saturday for Sophia’s birthday. Jaxon’s rugby game was Thursday evening at Murray park. Do you remember Coach Josh with your team? The black guy with dreadlocks? He also helps coach Jaxon’s team. They wasted the Kearns 9/10 team 70 something to 0. Well this year is flying by, it will be May tomorrow. Keep up the good work.
